Married with four children, he lives in the peace of the Chiltern Hills.
Chris Owen was born in Middlesbrough and studied at Oxford University. While there, a brush with Scientology led to the writing of a number of essays and articles on the subject. He now works on military affairs for the British Government and lives in the far-from peaceful surrounds of London.
